Welcome to Hairline Restored, a service provided by Smart Apps Lab, LLC ("Smart Apps Lab," "we," "us," "our"). We act as a facilitator to connect patients in the U.S. seeking hair implant services with reputable clinics in Turkey. This document serves as our Terms of Service, which governs your use of our services and website.
Hairline Restored offers the following services:
We do not provide medical advice or directly perform any medical procedures.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is part of the total service cost. The remainder of the service fee is payable in cash directly to the clinic in Turkey on the day of your procedure. All transactions will be processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
The deposit paid to Hairline Restored is non-refundable. In case of any disputes regarding the service received at the clinic, clients are advised to address it directly with the clinic. Hairline Restored will assist in mediation where possible but is not liable for the outcomes of any medical procedures.
In the event of a dispute arising under or relating to this agreement, or the services provided, such dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in the State of California, USA.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled appointment to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the appointment may incur fees that must be paid to the clinic directly.
We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS for the transmission of payment card details. No payment card details are stored on our servers.
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected by Hairline Restored is used solely for the purpose of booking and managing your procedure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. All personal data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized personnel.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. All amendments will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
By using the services provided by Hairline Restored, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the services provided by Hairline Restored.
